Parent and Carer Voice
At Moorbridge, we conduct parent voice surveys termly to actively engage parents in our educational community and to gather valuable insights into their experiences and perceptions. These surveys serve multiple purposes:

-
Informed Decision-Making: The feedback collected from parents helps us understand their views on various aspects of our school, including teaching quality, support services, and overall satisfaction. This information is crucial for shaping our action plans and ensuring that we address the needs and concerns of our families effectively.
-
Strengthening Partnerships: By soliciting the opinions of parents, we reinforce our commitment to collaboration and partnership. This engagement fosters a sense of community and encourages parents to take an active role in their children's education.
-
Continuous Improvement: The insights gained from the surveys allow us to identify areas for improvement and to celebrate our successes. By regularly reviewing and acting upon this feedback, we can enhance the educational experience for all pupils and ensure that our strategies align with the expectations of our parent community.
